Our Story
Preferred Care Counseling was founded in 2010 with a simple goal: to create a safe, caring, and therapeutic space for people facing mental health challenges. What began as a small office in Poland has grown into a 4,000-square-foot treatment center with additional locations in Howland, Canfield, and Hubbard, Ohio.
Today, our team includes more than 35 licensed counselors, social workers, and psychologists who share a commitment to client-centered, judgment-free care. We work with individuals, couples, and families across the Mahoning Valley on concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma, grief, and relationship challenges - and we continue to grow our services to meet the needs of our community.
