Michael Hickle, PMHNP-BC, MSN, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. He provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management while taking the time to understand each person’s symptoms, experiences, goals, and individual needs.

Michael’s approach is collaborative and patient-centered. He believes effective mental health treatment involves more than managing symptoms; it means helping individuals better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and improve their overall quality of life. When appropriate, he incorporates supportive and therapeutic interventions alongside medication management to provide a comprehensive approach to care.

His clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, trauma-related concerns, and other common mental health conditions. Michael strives to create a welcoming, respectful environment where patients feel heard and comfortable discussing their concerns.
