Alexis is a Licensed Counselor with extensive experience in the mental health field. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Youngstown State University. Alexis specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, Depression, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Postpartum challenges, and Trauma. She takes a compassionate, individualized approach, empowering clients to develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies. Alexis is available in our Poland, Ohio Office.
